Ted Bowman will be facilitating a workshop for us as part of his UK tour at The Psychosynthesis Trust, 92-94 Tooley Street, London Bridge SE1 2TH on Saturday, 11th November, 10am - 2pm.
Living with Uncertainty - both personal and public:
Using Words and Stories as Resources
Using Words and Stories as Resources
Strengthening our resilience and capacity to live with uncertainty: In
this experiential workshop, participants will explore writing and
literary resources for uncertain times and increase their understanding of how they can use them in their personal and professional lives.
"Disruptive changes whether
perceived as positive or negative can alter stories, routines and
relationships. When changes are cumulative and contain uncertainty,
distress is common.
Whether public or personal, if
something is unmentionable it can also be unmanageable. Finding words or stories can aid one’s
coping, resiliency and hope." Ted Bowman
